Theater of Taste - Saturday 5th june, 1 p.m. : A taste of Provence Gérard Vives, a chef for over 20 years, now cooks at the
Le Lapin Tant Pis restaurant, which opened in Forcalquier, Provence
in 1994. Vives is also a great expert of spices, which he imports
personally from subtropical markets and uses to distinguish his
cuisine, otherwise firmly rooted in the Mediterranean terroir.
At the Theater of Taste he will present one of his creations enhanced
